Eatpod offers four value propositions:
Easy Access: we create an easy access to our customers enabling them to receive food from restaurants that do not offer such service. It also increases access for restaurants, connecting them with customers who do not want to come to the venue.
Convenience: we offer convenience by making our service easy for customers to use. Convenience is offered to restaurants by providing them with an established delivery service. Good delivery price: we offer our customers with the best delivery price. We encourage our customers to buy more by offering a free delivery for orders that are above N10,000 on our website or app.
Risk reduction: we reduce risk by providing a good package for your food to maintain its temperature as long as possible. Moreover, we notify our customers when their food is almost delivered. When our delivery person arrives at your destination, the driver will wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving.

Our aim is to bring great food direct to customers as fast as possible. There are amazing dishes everywhere and our mission is to make sure that your favorite dishes are available to you when and where you want them. We are here to make sure everyone can have access to them.
